Ifyou would like to make an appointment, please call our office at (804) 458-6020.We value our patients' time and strive to be an “on-time” practice, beginningappointments at the scheduled time. As a friendly reminder, we will always giveyou a call or text the day before your appointment. If you are a new patient,we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the appropriate paperwork . The paperwork is also available on our website if you would like tocomplete it prior to your visit.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask for twenty-four hours' notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee, so that we may offer the appointment to another patient.

Insurance

We accept most forms of dental insurance and are “in network” with many major insurance companies. Please feel free to call us if you have questions about your insurance coverage.

Financial

Your portion of payment is due at the time that services are rendered. As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance forms and apply for any reimbursement to your account balance, but you are ultimately responsible for any portion not covered by your insurance. We are happy to give you an estimate of any proposed treatments. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
